Seeking used NWSL Jerseys for Project

With NWSL and NIKE likely busy planning for the upcoming tournament, Art Force 5 is turning to fans to help make this latest tribute a reality. The team is reaching out to fan groups to ask for donations of old jerseys to retrofit with some colorful screen printing with tributes to icons. Those donating more than one jersey can have one sent back with the chosen icon.

Art Force 5 will start with the iconic Susan B. Anthony on any donated USWT soccer jerseys as well as some purchased new red, white, and blue fan jerseys. The remaining nine jerseys will coincide with the nine teams and cities of the NWSL. A different icon will be announced each day with 7 of the 9 proudly representing Black Suffragists that do not always get mentioned in our history books.

We still hope that current and retired players volunteer to wear these jerseys and record a short biographical tribute to these icons similar to the NFL project. https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=255364105659337
